1. Lie on the mat with knees slightly bent.
2. Make sure your core is engaged and your entire back is flat against the mat.
3. Hold medicine ball at chest level.
4. Curl body up to a seated position.
5. Extend medicine ball directly out from the chest until arms are fully extended.
6. Curl down through the body, releasing through the core, slowly bringing medicine ball back to the chest and returning back flat against the mat.
Sets of 2, with 24 reps each.
