Titans non-existent secondary

I don't know who is to blame for the Titans inability to cover receivers. All I do know is that I could have thrown 2 TD passes yesterday and I haven't played QB since 1980. Is it the lack of talent or the coaching? There has been a definate lack of consistency in their secondary since Blaine Bishop and Samari Rolle were back there. Pac Man was doing a better job until he decided he was bigger than the law and went off the deep end. It seems to me that the Titans used to be able to find some quality people in the 3rd and 4th rounds and they were coachable. Why have we gotten away from that and are drafting questionable players with shady pasts. I guess the pressure to win clouds judgement and people are willing to take risks that they wouldn't usually take. The Titans front office needs to look back and see what kind of organization they were when they reached the Super Bowl and they were the "Cream of the Crop" in the AFC. People with good character are usually very coachable and you don't have to worry about seeing them on "COPS" Saturday night. Whatever the reason I still have faith in Jeff Fisher and I know he will take the team in the right direction. They have a good base of players for next year they just need to tighten up in the secondary.
