Dyersburg Noon Rotary Club's P.H. White, Jr. Memorial Rotary Rural Urban Day

The Dyersburg Noon Rotary Club's P.H. White, Jr. Memorial Rotary Rural Urban Day luncheon was held on Thursday at the Dyer County fairgrounds. After a welcome by Edward Burks and a prayer led by Dr. Larry A. Blakeburn, the crowd was entertained by Jeff 'Buster' Jones and Eric 'Claude' Maupin.
