Live Burn Demonstration

The Dyersburg Fire Department held a Live Burn Demonstration in the field across from Forcum Lannom Contractors on Pioneer Road. The event was geared specifically to educate kids on the dangers of fires and how important it is to get out of a home quickly. Lt. Mark Sykes of the DFD also discussed sprinklers and smoke detectors and how invaluable they are to saving lives in a fire.
