Lt. Robert Simmons retirement reception

Lt. Robert Simmons was the guest of honor at a retirement reception in the Municipal Courtroom on Monday, Aug. 6.

Simmons served the Dyersburg Police Department -- and the citizens of Dyersburg -- as a loyal and dedicated officer for 33 years.
