2012 Junior Miss Fairest of the Dyer County Fair

Eight-year-old Avery Abshire, daughter of Scott and Hope Tarter, was crowned Junior Miss Dyer County Fairest of the Fair on Thursday evening.

The pageant took place in the Family Living Center of the Dyer County Fairgrounds with 20 contestants vying for the crown.

Abshire's court includes First Maid Zoey Orr, daughter of John and Michelle Orr; Second Maid PollyAnna Dennison, daughter of Thomas Dennison and Cody and Tona Summerlin; and Third Maid Marlee Ann Thedford, daughter of David and Julie Thedford.
