Newbern Depot Days

The City of Newbern held its annual Depot Days on Saturday, Sept. 15, with many activities planned in the day-long celebration.

Festivities included a parade, a pancake breakfast, 5-K run-walk, vendors, kids rides and inflatables, cake walks, a Dominoes competition, local talent shows, an appearance from Elvis and a street dance.

The evening concluded with a performance John Conlee, with Newbern's own Empty Pockets Band opening for the country music star.
