On Tuesday, traffic was having trouble maneuvering on the wintry mix around Dyer County. Slick road conditions caused I-155 to come to a complete stop as tractor trailers were unable to make it up the Lenox Bluff at Exit 7. Other vehicles were getting stuck on county roads and in the city limits of Dyersburg.
