Watercolors by award-winning artist Floyd Speck will take center stage on McIver's Grant Public Library's Art Wall throughout the month of July. The paintings offer a trip down a back road to specific destinations from the artist's travels. But the exhibit offers a universal theme to patrons visiting the library. Speck, a local educator and leader of musical initiatives in the Dyer County community, is also an award-winning watercolor artist. His current exhibit features watercolors never before shown together in Dyersburg.
