27th Annual Newbern Rotary Christmas Parade

At 7 p.m. Thursday night, a crowd of hundreds braved the cold night air while gathering together to observe the 27th Annual Newbern Rotary Christmas Parade. With over 100 floats and individuals registered for this year's event, it wasn't long before the streets of Newbern were filled with candy, smiles, and laughter.
