The library was awarded with a flag - courtesy of retired U.S. Congressman John Tanner and the DAR - that once flew over the White House in Washington, D.C. and several books on the Constitution and significant events in American history.
After the presentations, DAR members were treated to a program on the Constitution on the main floor of the library.
