A search for a missing aircraft south of Newbern early Sunday was called off after the plane was found. HALLS -- After a lengthy and turbulent meeting, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen here voted to extend beer sales within the city limits to match the state-mandated hours that govern packaged liquor sales.
