Childress was a graduate of Dyersburg High School, a farmer and an active member in the Bogota community. Despite cold and rainy conditions, hundreds of residents came out Monday evening to enjoy one of the most anticipated events of the year, the 62nd annual Downtown Dyersburg Christmas Parade. DPD searching for 19-year-old attempted murder suspect

Dyersburg Police continue to search for the 19-year-old suspect from Wednesday night's shooting and have released his photo in hopes somebody will report his whereabouts so he can be brought to justice.
