He was a retired supervisor for Farmers Home Administration, a retired Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army, a member of Kiwanis Club and a member of First United Methodist Church in Dyersburg.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Cecil Kirk officiating. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery near Cloverdale.
The family will receive visitors at 9-11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
