James A. Fowlkes Jr.

James A. Fowlkes Jr., 71, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, April 10, 2003 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. He was a retired employee of Bekaert Steel and a US Army veteran. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at People's Chapel CME Church with the Rev. Charlie E. King officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. H.H. Hudson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
