Buddie Adcock, 83, of Dyersburg, died Friday, March 7th, 2003 at his residence in Dyersburg.

He was a farmer and known to locals as "the man in the window" because of his tendency to stand at the window of his residence and wave to the passers-by.

Visitation is today from 6:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. at Johnson Funeral home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 p.m. on Monday at Johnson Funeral Home and led by Rev. Don Williams. Burial to be at Fairview Cemetery in Newbern.
