Virginia Mooney Dial

Virginia Mooney Dial, 87, of Union City, formerly of Ridgely, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2003, at her residence.

She was a landowner, an avid gardener and a member of the Church of Christ.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely with the Rev. John Shoemake officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. today at Curry's Chapel in Tiptonville. Johnson Funeral Home in Newbern is in charge of arrangements.
