Horace R. Kemper

Horace R. Kemper, 83, of Dyersburg died Saturday, Jan. 18, 2003 at Madison County General Hospital in Jackson.

He was a retired restaurant operator and farmer, and was also an Army veteran of World War II.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at Halls Funeral Home. The burial will be at Eureka Cemetery near Gates.
