Samuel Kevin 'Sammy' Turner

Samuel Kevin "Sammy" Turner, 47, of Dryfork, Va., formerly of Dyersburg, died Saturday, August 17, 2002 at New River Valley Medical Center in Radford, Va.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Stella Christian Church with the Rev. Bill Phipps and the Rev. Billy Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Moody Funeral Home in Stuart, Va. is in charge of arrangements.
