Radine Smith Fields

Radine Smith Fields, 75, of Dresden, died Saturday, Aug. 10, 2002 at her residence.

She was a retired pharmacy assistant and substitute teacher, a 1945 graduate of Dresden High School and a member of Dresden First United Methodist Church.

Services were at 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Bowlin Funeral Home in Dresden. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery in Dresden.

Survivors include two daughters, Debbie Fields Chesser of Dyersburg and Janet Ray Erikson of Richmond, Va.; a brother, Charles L. Smith of Dresden; and three grandchildren, PFC John Wilson of Fort Knox, Ky., PVT2 Eric Wilson of Fort Bliss, Texas and Sara Erikson of Los Angeles, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kirk A. and Ida Lillian Westbrook Smith; and a sister, Ruth Melton.
