Julie Ann Staggs James, 94, of Ridgely, died Sunday, June 8, 2003 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center. She was a homemaker and a member of Ridgely Church of God of Prophecy. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Ridgely Church of God of Prophecy with the Rev. Clayton Mahan officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive visitors at 10 a.m. today at the church.
