Lucy Juanita Gordon

Lucy Juanita Gordon, 69, of Union City, died Wednesday, May 21, 2003 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

She was a retired food-service employee with Baptist Memorial Hospital and was a member of Union City Second Baptist Church.

Services were at 10 a.m. today at White-Ranson Funeral Home in Union City with the Rev. Eddie Mallonee officiating. Burial will be in East View Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Billy Gordon; two sons, Mike Gordon of Nashville and Pat Gordon of Sharon; a sister, Lottie Brown of Newbern; two brothers, J.W. Pierce and Teddy Pierce, both of Dyersburg; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George Franklin and Annie Hendricks Pierce; two sisters; and two brothers.

Pallbearers were Bill Emrich, Jerry Petty, Danny Jones, Patrick Gordon, Brent Gordon and Russ Finley.

The family requests that memorials be made to the Obion County Cancer Agency.
