Melvin K. French, 75, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003 at Ridgely Care & Rehabilitation Center.

He was a truck driver for Dyersburg Express, a member of RoEllen Baptist Church and a US Army veteran.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Tucker officiating. Burial will be in Rehoboth Cemetery.
