Bessie Underwood Owen

Bessie Underwood Owen, 94, of Bells, formerly of RoEllen, died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2003 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

She was a homemaker and a member of Rehoboth United Methodist Church for more than 75 years.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today in Fairview Cemetery in Newbern with the Rev. Terry Presson officiating. Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
