He was a retired employee of the City of Clarkton, a U.S. Marine veteran and attended Faith Pentecostal Church.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today in Hurricane Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Priscilla Riley officiating. Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Christine Goff of Clarkton, Mo.; a son, Steven Joe Goff and wife, Retha, of Clarkton; two sisters, Frankie Hawkins of Haywood, Calif. and Onie Seals of Cherokee Village, Ark.; a brother, James Goff of Deer Park, Texas; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harrison S. and Lessie Riddle Goff; four sisters, Ruth Bullington, Floella Brown, Estelle Green and Bea Lawrence; and a brother, Elsie Goff.
Pallbearers will be Mike Johnson, Dewey Coomer, Rev. Cecil Riley, Jerry Davis, James Ray David an Clyde Barron.
