Harvey Houston Ragsdale, 84, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2003 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

He was a painter, a World War II veteran, and deacon and founder of Mount Aarat Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Forest Hill-East Funeral Home in Memphis. Burial will be in Forest Hill East Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors at noon Friday at the funeral home.
