James Lawrence Hicks Jr.

James Lawrence Hicks Jr., 82, of Friendship, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

He was a retired materials superintendent for Ford Construction and a member and trustee of Friendship United Methodist Church.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Friendship Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bellevernon Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors at 5-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
