David Lee Fields

David Lee Fields, 63, of Yorkville, formerly of Dyersburg, died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

He was a retired school bus driver for Dyer County Schools and a member of Second Baptist Church in Dyersburg.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Turner officiating. Burial will be in Yorkville Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. today at Johnson Funeral Home.
