Joe Leslie Wilson

Joe Leslie Wilson, 69, of Newbern died Friday, Feb. 27, 2004 at his residence in the Millsfield Community.

A retired farmer, he was born in Dyer County in 1934 to the late Georgia Quinley Wilson and the late Ben Wilson. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. A widower, he was married for many years to the late Agnes Marie Wilson.

Funeral services will take place today at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home of Newbern. Burial will follow in the Hurricane Hills Cemetery of Newbern. Rev. Lyndal Fisher will officiate.
