Chad S. Clark

Chad S. Clark, 30, of Murray, Ky., formerly of Dyersburg, died Saturday, March 27, 2004 at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

He was an employee of Pella Corp. of Murray, a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church in Paris, E4 specialist with the Tennessee National Guard and had completed a tour of duty in Iraq in July 2003.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Churchill-Imes Family Funeral Home in Murray, Ky. with Pastor David Van Wyk and Pastor Roy B. Thurmond officiating. Burial will be in Murray City Cemetery with full military rites.

The family will receive visitors at 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
