Porter Eugene "Gene" Tucker

Porter Eugene "Gene" Tucker, 72, of Newbern, died Sunday, May 2, 2004 at his residence.

He was a retired maintenance employee of Dana Corporation and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. James Branscum officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive visitors at 5:30-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
