Edna Inez Buchanan Wheatley

Edna Inez Buchanan Wheatley, 93, of Memphis, formerly of Newbern, died Thursday, May 6, 2004 at St. Peter's Villa in Memphis.

She was a retired registered nurse and homemaker, a member of DAR and a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Services were Saturday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home in Newbern with the Rev. Carey Womack officiating. Burial was in Yorkville Cemetery. A memorial service will be held Saturday at St. Peter's Chapel in Memphis.
