Howard T. Williams

Howard T. Williams, 77, of Columbus, Miss., formerly of Newbern, died Monday, June 7, 2004 at the Veterans Hospital in Columbus, Miss.

He was retired owner of Williams Drug Company in Columbus, vice mayor of Columbus, a World War II veteran who served in Japan, a graduate of Newbern High School and Howard College School of Pharmacy in Birmingham, Ala., an active scout master for over 30 years and he was a recipient of the Boy Scouts of America Silver Beaver Award.
