Johnnie Edith Ellis Clark, 91, of Dyersburg died Friday, June 11, 2004, at Ridgely Care and Rehabilitation Center.

She was a homemaker and attended Hawthorne Baptist Church.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Brother Joey Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg. Visitation will take place from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. today.
