GoogleHe was retired from Oldberg Manufacturing, a member of Fowlkes Baptist Church, the American Legion and VFW, past State Commander of Disabled American Veterans, a Shriner, a 32nd-degree Mason, an Army veteran of World War II and a Purple Heart recipient.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Bishop Jeff Keen officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Masonic services will be held at 7 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel.
