Johnnie D. Livingston, 65, of Topeka, Kan., formerly of Newbern, died Monday, July 12, 2004, at Stormont/Vail Hospital in Topeka.

He was retired.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Jones Street Church of Christ in Newbern with Brother W.O. Armstead officiating. Burial will be in MCCO Cemetery in Newbern.

The family will receive visitors from noon until 1 p.m. Saturday at the church. Cosmopolitan Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements
