W.C. 'Bill' Hilliard

W.C. "Bill" Hilliard, 89, of Tiptonville, died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2004 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

He was a retired power-plant technician for ARKMO Power Company in Campbell, Mo., attended First Baptist Church in Tiptonville, was a member of Tiptonville Kiwanis Club for over 20 years and past president, manager of Kiwanis Park at Reelfoot Lake and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

Services were at 10 a.m. today at First Baptist Church in Tiptonville with the Rev. Andy Martin officiating. Burial was in Lake Memorial Gardens in Tiptonville. Dyersburg Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
