Bertha Mae Fowlkes

Bertha Mae Fowlkes, 98, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004 at Oakwood Manor in Dyersburg.

She was a homemaker and a member of Fowlkes United Methodist Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Naylor and the Rev. Dale True officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg.

The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
