Bugard Neace

Bugard Neace, 64, of Troy, formerly of Hazard, Ky., died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2004 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

He was an employee of Ford Construction in Troy for 26 years.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Pentecostal Church in Union City. White-Mahon Funeral Home in Troy is in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive visitors at 5 p.m. today.
