Jewel Rush

Jewel Rush, 79, of Martin, formerly of Trimble, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 2004 at Van Ayer Nursing Home in Martin.

She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Pelia Baptist Church.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home in Newbern with the Rev. Craig Peevyhouse and the Rev. Ryan Potts officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Newbern.

The family will receive visitors from 2-5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
