L.B. 'Berl' Phillips

L.B. "Berl" Phillips, 80, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2004 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

He was a carpenter, farmer and retired factory employee, a member of Phillips Street Church of Christ, a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of Woodmen of the World.

Services were at 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with Brother Dustin Forthum and Brother Tom Bright officiating. Burial was in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
