Helen Ruth Speight Fortner, 72, of Nashville, died Friday, Nov. 19, 2004.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, in Nashville with Bro. Kenneth Willis officiating. Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg.

The family will receive visitors from 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
