Jeanne E. Skewes

Jeanne E. Skewes, 43, of Peoria, Ill., died Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004 at Saint Francis Medical Center.

She was past director of the children's ministries at First United Methodist Church in Peoria where she was a member, an active volunteer at Concordia Lutheran School, accompanied and directed numerous musical groups in the Peoria area, was a member of H.O.P.E. class at her church and was a past member of Peoria Jaycees.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Peoria First Untied Methodist Church with the Rev. Glenn Ioder officiating. Burial will be in Yorkville Cemetery in Racine County, Wis. Cumerford-Endsley-Diggle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive visitors at 4-6 p.m. Thursday at the church.
