May Belle Halford

May Belle Halford, 82, of Newbern, died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2005 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

She was a homemaker and a retired employee of Baker's Weona in Dyersburg and Mom's Buffet in Newbern, a member of Newbern First United Methodist Church, former member and president of Newbern Home Demonstration Club and Newbern Elementary School.

Services were at 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Jowers officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Newbern.
