Billy Ray Baxter

Billy Ray Baxter, 54, of Wynnburg, died Friday, Feb. 18, 2005, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.

He was a front-end loader operator for Lake County Incinerator.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Wynnburg Baptist Church, where he was a member, with Dr. Ralph Buckley officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
