Etheridge Lee 'Billy' Armstrong

Etheridge Lee "Billy" Armstrong, 60, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

He was a retired employee of the City of Dyersburg and a member of Cross of Jesus Church in Dyersburg.

Services were Thursday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with Brother Mac Daniels officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County memorial Gardens.
