GoogleHe was a retired farmer and owner of Templeton Store, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a member of Harmony Baptist Church, member of The American Legion and a former Dyer County Constable.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with Doctor Thomas Parnell and William Edward Parnell officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Newbern.
