Amanda Lewis, 60, of Dyersburg, died Monday 13, 2005 at Jackson Regional Hospital.

She was retired and attended Chic Church of God and Dyersburg Free Holiness Church.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg.

The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
