James Franklin Parnell

James Franklin Parnell, 63, of Obion, died Monday, July 4, 2005, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris.

He was a former employee of Brown Shoe Co. in Union City and of All Steel in Milan, a U.S. Army veteran, a retired member of the Union City National Guard and a member of First Baptist Church in Obion.

Services will be at 2 p.m. on Friday at Cryer Funeral Home in Obion with Alan Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Rosshill Cemetery in Obion.
