State seeks comments on ethanol plant permit

Reelfoot Ethanol LLC is seeking air contaminant permits to construct an ethanol plant near Cates Landing in Lake County.

As part of the permit application review process, the Tennessee Division of Air Pollution Control is seeking public comments.
